“My feedback will reflect the CQC's key lines of enquiry:
1. Safe. Staff ensure that service users are protected from abuse and harm.
For example, I have only had one safeguarding concern raised in the last five years.
2. Effective: Staff ensure that service users achieve their desired outcome, ensuring that care and support plans and risk assessments are current.
3. Responsive: Staff are highly responsive to prevent hospital admissions of their service users.
If there are any changes in the service user's mental state deteriorating, staff report immediately and seek professional advice to support their service users.”
